How to cook Instant Appam

Instant Appam


Hello foodies,I am here to do special recipe today that is Instant Appam.
It tastes good and healthy,The veggies we took will keep the body with full of immune, 
Carrots are used for super plating.


Preparation:10 minutes 
Cooking:20 minutes 

Ingredients:
1.Poha
2.Bombay Rava or upma Rava
3.curd
4.Baking Powder 
5.Baking Soda
6.Carrot
7.onion
8.coriender
9.spring Onion

Now let us know how to cook Appam in a step by step process:

Step 1:
Take a cup of poha into a bowl and pour  sufficient water and keep it aside for 15 minutes 
Step 2:
Now take a cup of Bombay rava into another bowl and mix 250ml of curd into the bowl and keep it aside for 15 minutes 
Step 3:
Now mix both together and grind them until you get soft texture
Step 4: 
Now add carrot,onion,coriander,spring onion species into the mixture 
Step 5:
Now add table spoon of baking powder,salt and baking soda into the texture and mix thoroughly 
Step 6:
Now take appam pan on to the stove and light the fire in a medium level so it gets heat slowly 
Step 7: 
Now take some oil and pour on pan 
Now take the mixture into pan and preheat it and after some time flip it upside down 
Step 8:
Now take it into serving plate and your
Tasty yummy Instant Appam is ready
